Every once and a while I share something on Facebook that people go crazy over. This combo of knit slippers from DROPS Design went viral on Facebook, I have gotten so many requests for the links that I decided to do an actual blog post so I could easily send people off to the site to download the FREE patterns. All 4 of these designs are from DROPS DESIGN! They really are awesome, aren’t they? So here are the links for the individual knit patterns! Hmmm… which pair to make first? Is there a crochet pattern for these or only knitting? I crochet and have been looking for an adult bootie pattern.

Try refreshing your page or rebooting your computer. If that doesn’t work, copy the url for the pattern and past it directly in address bar instead of clicking on it. Computers are wondrous and magical beasties. I’m not sure why things work for some people and not for others. Good luck! ~Kimara~

I am so sorry but I cannot do that. I do not own the copyright on these patterns, I’ve just linked to DROPS Designs. It is illegal to copy and distribute copyright work that belongs to someone else. Do you have a friend or library with access to their site? Most of the time you are allowed to copy something for your own use. I’m so sorry I cannot help 🙁

I can’t crochet or nit well, certainly can’t follow a pattern, but I would gladly pay for two pairs of boots for our winter starting soon

Hi I recently made 3 pair of the blue slippers, check them out on my page, will gladly make them if you live in Australia, but be aware the yarn alone costs approx $32 here plus postage of $8.50 and a make up fee of $20 doesn’t make them cheap
I love your socks. Prefer the ribbed foot as it is cosier. I sew soft suede onto the sole. Keeps my socks from getting wet and dirty when walking outside.

Do you have Moon Drops pattern for children?

I’m sorry but I cannot do that. The patterns are copyrighted by DROPS Designs. I can link to them but I can’t make copies of them to share with others. I’ve checked our links and they are still active. Perhaps you have some filter set that won’t let you follow the links. My suggestion is to go to http://www.garnstudio.com directly and do a search for knit slippers. There are tons of them. Sorry I couldn’t be more helpful. ~Kimara~

DROPS Eskimo is a soft, thick and easy to use single stranded yarn spun from 100% pure wool, that results in warm and comfortable garments, and that is ideal for felting!
The wool fibers used in this yarn are untreated, which means that it is only washed and not exposed to any chemical treatment prior to the dyeing. This highlights the fiberu2019s natural properties, while it provides also a better shape and texture quality.
A really popular winter yarn, DROPS Eskimo is available in 5 different types of shades: uni colour, a selection of solid colours; mix, where more than one colour is carded together before spinning for a mixed effect; print, where each shade is made of various colours that repeat regularly; tweed, where tweed effects are spun into the yarn to add both random colour and structure (and which make the thread vary slightly in thickness) and degradu00E9, where there are even transitions from a colour to the next. When switching skeins on this last type of shade it is recommended that you choose the end of the next skein starting with the same colour repeat as the last skein ended with. This way you will get a pretty result with gradual transitions.
