Animals in the Night<\/h4>\n

I do not want to go to bed,
\nThere’s still so much to see,
\nWhen the sun has finally set,
\nNight animals run free.<\/p>\n

Hear the flutter of a bat,
\nOr the screeching of an owl,
\nIt’s only in the dead of night,
\nThe lone wolf starts to howl.<\/p>\n

It’s when raccoons dig through our trash,
\nAnd hedgehogs stroll the night,
\nI want to watch the flying squirrels,
\nMake their tree top flights.<\/p>\n

But as my eyes begin to close,
\nThis is how it seems,
\nThe only way I’ll see them all,
\nIs in my lofty dreams!<\/p>\n
