I stroll on the beach is always a delightful experience. If you happen upon a beautiful shell, like our Scallop Shell Applique, it makes it magical!
Today we are sharing our second applique in our Stroll on the Beach Collection. Imagine how thrilling it would to stumble upon a perfectly persevered shell like today’s Scallop Shell Applique! Magical! In the next couple of weeks we will also be sharing appliques of a starfish and a conch shell!
The Scallop Shell Applique was made to fit on a 6″ x 6″ block but can be enlarged or reduced to meet your needs. Enjoy!

What a lovely pattern I have some beautiful sea side fat quarters which Imhave been saving to make a quilt or wall hanging with. This shell pattern will look fabulous on the item I make. THANK YOU so much. I love your Emails and your generosity in sharing your ideas.
Hi Sandra,
So delighted you like the pattern. I loved doing all of the hand stitching on this one. Hope it inspires you. Remember, you can enlarge an applique if you want something a little bigger for a wall hanging. Good luck and have fun! ~Kimara~
