Hope everyone is having a great Labor Day weekend! This hardly proved to be the last “lazy” days of summer; we were busy, busy, busy. Not to say we didn’t have a great time, but I am getting antsy for the fall and a little more routine! Having said all that, I did manage to find some time to sew. I took Michelle’s instructions for Pixie’s Peasant Skirt and made Fairy a skirt that I would call more “prairie” than “peasant”. I guess this one should be called Fairy’s Prairie Skirt! It’s amazing how fabric choices affect outcome! Anyway, it turned out great, she loves it, and I was able to get the directions written up and posted as Peasant Skirt in our Free Patterns.
