One of the great things about our Free Pattern Database is the fact that we can pull from past projects as a fast starting point for new projects. For this super sweet Tea Wallet, I combined the base pattern of our Perky Note Card Holder with the smallest birdie from our Stacked Birdies Block. With minor adjustments, I now have a great gift for the tea lovers I know.
Check out the directions for this Tea Wallet here or in our Free Pattern Database.
(PS – this is my stitching not my mother’s… sigh someday maybe my stitches will be as even as hers. LOL!)
What? My computer is on the fritz for a week and I miss an entire Giveaway? I don’t think I would have had the skills to make the Christmas Tree anyway but I would have tried. And if it means anything to you Michelle, I would totally excited if my work looked as good as yours. I think it looks great. We tease by MIL cause she brings her own tea where ever she goes. This would be pecfect for her. I’m going to give this a try.
I love how you modified it. I want to make little items to add to gift boxes and you have so many wonderful ideas I can use.

I think it’s adorable! I just love it! I couldn’t use it for tea because I use mainly loose tea, but I would love to make some for either checkbook covers or actual wallets. I just LOVE ya’ll’s ideas!!! I’m new to this craftiness (thanks to just getting the internet in July, yes, we’re awesome) so I have the itch.
I love to see what you guys put up here. It’s one of my favorite blogs. 🙂
Hi Manic Mama!
I also use mostly loose tea but you can buy t-sacs on-line or at most tea shops and make up your own tea bags in advance! I love my tea wallet!!

This is so cute! As a Bluebird fan I really like your color choices too. I think the stitching looks perfect.
