As the weather has gotten nicer we are finding it harder and harder to squeeze in our drawing lessons. Most of our free time, not taken up by the end of the year activities, such as field trips, recitals, first communions, etc, has been spent out in the garden. We are also winding down our school year, finishing up the last assignments. For those of you who have been following along with our lessons, I just wanted to let you know that we will probably only be doing another 1 or 2 this season. We will pick up where we leave off in the fall.
Drawing Lessons: Getting Started
We are continuing our weekly drawing class. We are using Mark Kistler’s book, You Can Draw in 30 Days. Instead of completing the book in 30 days, we plan to take 30 weeks, doing a new lesson each week and then spending time during the week practicing what we have learned.
If you would like to join us, simply pick up the book You Can Draw in 30 Days, and start at Drawing Lesson 1 :: The Sphere, and follow along at your own pace. Each Lesson will be linked to the first Lesson, the previous lesson and the next lesson. Happy Drawing!

Have a wonderful week drawing and we will see you next week for Lesson 8!
