The beauty of the simplicity of a starfish is captured in our Starfish Applique. Although the shape is simple, the embroidery adds lots of character to the applique.
Today we are sharing our third applique in our Stroll on the Beach Collection, a lovely star fish! To give a bumpy texture to the applique, we added French knots and woven spider wheels. Adds lots of detail to an otherwise simple shape. In the next couple of weeks we will also be sharing our final Stroll on the Beach applique of a conch shell.
The Starfish Applique was made to fit on a 6″ x 6″ block but can be enlarged or reduced to meet your needs. Enjoy!
