Blindbock, which is Swedish for “blind buck”, is played much like the English version of Blindman’s Bluff. One person is blindfolded and turned around three times. The other players disperse in a predetermined circle. (Make sure to have “tripping” obstacles removed!) The non-blindfolded children move around calling out the blindfolded child’s name. People must continue to say the name so the blindfolded child can follow the sound. When a player touches someone, the blindfold is removed and tagged player now becomes the Blindbock.
